Vibrate off enables audio
I use ria to bring back all sounds when I disable vibrate mode after my other setting disabled all sounds when setting vibrate on. I have other one that solves tho problem: "When I set vibrate media and alarms sounds are played anyway. This is to totally silent down everything when I set vibrate mode."
